Located in the Hollywood Media District, 720 Cahuenga transforms three former industrial warehouses into a 33,000-square-foot creative office campus designed for the evolving nature of work. Rather than erasing the building's history, the project embraces its cinematic past, preserving exposed timber trusses, raw materials, and expansive industrial volumes while introducing contemporary spaces that support collaboration, flexibility, and connection.
Organized around interior courtyards, mezzanines, social gathering spaces, and hospitality-inspired amenities, the workplace encourages movement, creativity, and spontaneous interaction throughout the day. Carefully layered materials, dramatic lighting, and adaptable work environments create an experience that feels equally suited to focused work, informal meetings, and creative exchange, demonstrating how adaptive reuse can transform an industrial building into a vibrant destination for modern business.
