Dubai Villas

Commissioned as a compound of large-scale modern residences in Dubai, the Dubai Villas explore how clarity of form, landscape, and environmental response can bring intimacy and order to an estate of exceptional scale.

The 50,000-square-foot VIP Villa is organized as a series of stone volumes around a formal entry courtyard, where water establishes an axial sequence through the house toward the sea. Landscaped courtyards, shaded transitions, reflecting pools, and carefully framed views temper the architecture while creating distinct layers between public, private, and service spaces.

Rather than treating the residence as a singular object, the design unfolds as a collection of buildings, gardens, and outdoor rooms, connecting architecture to landscape while responding to the light and climate of Dubai.
